Lesson learned - when you're making pizza for a lot of people it is tough to stop, clean hands, take pictures and get everyone fed. Not sure how other folks do it. I only got a couple shots that aren't good but I thought I would show the menu board H made for me and the oven when it was heating up.
The heat was right on for most of the party. The fire was going nice and hot
Ok - need to get a tripod going and get some great pictures. I tried to do a simple corn and basil salad, but the colors are not good and I can really see the shaking. I'll get it next time. It's august in MA and for me that means it is time to go crazy for fresh corn on the cob. We had a bit too much so I cut some off the cob and the flavor was nice with some basil chiffonade. I decided to make a bigger batch but leave the basil in larger pieces... big mistake.
The corn was pretty good though
The hardware
Here's the finished product. Too much basil and the basil is too big, but good for a first try.

Next time shooting with a tripod and getting some good color and clear shots. Also, I'll do something a bit more creative.
